Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of the Zaabel electronics storefront and purchases in Iraq. Read them with the Returns Policy and the warranty shown for each product.
Effective 28 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-28
These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer right under Iraqi law. If a term conflicts with a right that cannot be waived, the law applies and the remaining terms continue.
1. Store and acceptance
Zaabel is an electronics storefront for customers in Iraq. By creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to the displayed version of these terms. Anyone without legal capacity must use the store under a parent or guardian’s supervision.
2. Catalog and orders
We aim to show names, specifications, prices, stock, and warranty information accurately from the live catalog. Images are illustrative and minor visual details may differ from the delivered item.
- Before ordering, check size, color, capacity, radio bands, voltage, network, accessory, and software compatibility.
- Submitting an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when confirmed and an order number or invoice is issued. We may correct an obvious price or description error before confirmation and tell you.
- Availability and delivery timing remain estimates until confirmed. No exact arrival time is guaranteed unless the confirmation expressly says so.
3. Price, payment, and delivery
Prices are in Iraqi dinars. The final quote shows products, discounts, and delivery charges before confirmation. Cash on delivery is currently supported.
- You must provide an accurate name, phone number, safe address, and useful delivery landmark.
- Inspect the outside of the parcel on delivery and do not share verification codes or private tracking details with unrelated people.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your password confidential and report suspected unauthorized use.
- Fraud, impersonation, promotion abuse, unauthorized access attempts, disruptive bots, and unlawful use are prohibited.
- We may temporarily restrict an account or order for a security risk or reasonable fraud concern, subject to applicable rights.
5. Safe use and misuse
Use products according to manufacturer instructions and warnings with compatible accessories and power sources. Back up data before repair or replacement.
To the extent permitted by law, Zaabel is not responsible for damage arising after delivery from misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, or ignored warnings. This does not cover a defect present on delivery or remove a valid warranty obligation.
- Drops, liquid, heat, dust, impact, or improper storage.
- Unsafe or incompatible voltage, charger, battery, cable, or accessory.
- Unauthorized opening, modification, or repair, or removed/changed serial, IMEI, or warranty seals.
- Jailbreaking, rooting, malware, or incompatible third-party software and accessories.
- Illegal use or use outside ordinary purpose and published safety instructions.
6. Warranty and returns
Any product-specific warranty and return window appears on the product page and order confirmation. Keep the invoice, serial number, and accessories. The Returns Policy forms part of these terms and does not restrict mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming goods.
7. Data and third-party services
Some functions depend on a manufacturer, network, operating system, or third-party service with its own terms and availability. We do not control their interruption or change. Back up and remove data and accounts before handing over a device for service or return.
8. Limits of liability
Zaabel does not exclude liability for fraud, gross fault, an unlawful act, or liability the law does not allow us to exclude. We remain responsible for our legal duties and valid warranties.
Otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or business, or data lost because no backup was made. Aggregate direct liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
9. Law, changes, and contact
Iraqi law governs these terms, and the version published when an order is submitted applies. We may update terms for future orders and show the effective date. For an existing purchase, use a verified published support channel or the order page; the absence of a digital channel does not reduce a mandatory right.
